ВЕНТИЛЯЦИОННАЯ УСТАНОВКА AF

DESCRIPTION

AF units are designed for use in ventilation and air conditioning systems for various purposes. They can be used in institutions and public spaces (shops, offices, restaurants, etc.), as well as in industrial facilities (factory shops, workshops, warehouses, etc.). The standard range of AF units includes 31 sizes with a capacity from 500 m3/h to 160,000 m3/h. The catalog presents stationary units from AF00 to AF70, as well as suspended types AF Mini 01 and AF Mini 02. Units with higher capacity, i.e. AF75, AF80 and AF85 (maximum air flow of 108,500, 125,880 and 152,760 m3/h, respectively) are selected individually based on the customer's request.

The units are available in several configurations: standard, outdoor, hygienic, pool, and "Clean Room" for cleanrooms. Standard units are designed for indoor installation. Outdoor units, resistant to atmospheric conditions, are intended for outdoor installation. Hygienic units are used in environments with increased air purity requirements (medical, pharmaceutical, and electronic industries, etc.).

A wide range of standard sizes allows you to select the optimal unit size for the required air flow, while a variety of functional sections allows you to implement even the most complex air treatment processes.

The AF unit production technology is based on the experience of FRABA Lufttechnik, an Austrian partner of FRAPOL, which over several decades has become a recognized manufacturer of ventilation and air conditioning equipment in the Austrian and German markets.

Design

The standard AF series of units includes functional sections for air treatment, purification, and transportation (filters, heaters and coolers, recuperative and regenerative heat exchangers, humidifiers, fans, etc.). These sections can be housed in separate enclosures or combined into a single unit.

Standard version – N

The enclosure consists of a rigid frame made of aluminum profiles, to which panels of double-layer galvanized sheet steel are attached, with fire-retardant mineral wool insulation between them. The outer layer is painted white (RAL 9010) as standard. All sections of the unit are easily accessible from the service side through an inspection hatch or doors secured with steel hinges and handles. Individual frame elements are connected internally with staples.

External Design – D

Compared to the standard version, external units feature additional sealing, a roof made of galvanized and painted sheet steel, louvered air intakes, and exhaust units with canopies and rain protection. Throttle valves and servomotors are mounted inside the unit housing. Additionally, heat exchangers with curved nozzles can be used, allowing hydraulic connections inside the units.

Hygienic Design – H

The design of hygienic units is distinguished by the following features: all internal surfaces of the units and housing joints are completely smooth and additionally sealed (eliminating areas where contaminants could accumulate); the interior of the units is washable; all panels on the service side are removable; internal components can be pulled out of the housing; external pressure elements are used instead of door handles; the doors are equipped with inspection windows.

Pool Design

The pool design involves coating the internal structural components (heat exchangers, recuperators, fans, internal panels, etc.) with epoxy paint and anodizing the profile to protect against environmental influences, chlorine, and other elements that negatively impact the materials of the heat exchangers and internal panels.
