Specialized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with cross-flow heat exchangers. This line is a lower-cost version of the top-quality DUPLEX Multi unit. Suitable for indoor use, cross-flow heat exchangers are particularly suitable for ventilation in industrial kitchens.

DUPLEX Basic units are compact ventilation units with a cross-flow heat exchanger. Unlike the DUPLEX Multi, these units feature a more cost-effective control system and a different heat exchanger design. Their air flow ranges from 1,400 to 15,100 m³/h. They are intended exclusively for applications not covered by Committee Regulation (EU) No. 1253/2014. The DUPLEX Basic ventilation unit features a plastic cross-flow heat exchanger, achieving thermal efficiency of up to 75% with low air pressure loss. Key components include new, high-quality EC fans from globally recognized manufacturers EBM Papst and Ziehl-Abegg. Since energy savings and increased efficiency are key factors, it is crucial that the EC fans in the entire product line comply with and significantly exceed ErP 2019 standards (according to 327/2011). DUPLEX Basic units feature a sandwich panel casing with excellent thermal insulation and minimized thermal bridges, which enhances the unit's energy-saving properties.
