ETALINE Saves Energy

Impeller
A diagonal fan with three-dimensional impeller blades connected to a three-dimensional stator. This ensures excellent aerodynamic efficiency. The impeller is balanced in two planes (G6.3 DIN ISO 1940).
Engine
The asynchronous three-phase motor is designed for operation with a frequency converter. The motor is located in a protected area of the hub and does not adversely affect the aerodynamic properties. A built-in thermostat protects the motor from overload. A coordinated series of frequency converters is also available.
Casing
Models up to size 200 are made of polyamide, while models from sizes 250 to 355 are made of galvanized sheet steel. Models of size 400 and above are made of AlMg3.
Assembly
Mounting in various positions, horizontal and vertical installation possible. Direct in-line integration into piping. Integrated mounting bracket for convenient fan attachment.
Speed control via a frequency converter:
This is especially recommended for frequent fan operation in the partial load range. The ETALINE fan design ensures high efficiency even in the partial load range.
Energy-saving alternative:
The ETALINE fan's high efficiency is due to its aerodynamic properties. The axial flow in this series of fans significantly reduces installation losses compared to radial fans.
Flexibility and compactness:
High aerodynamic efficiency and an efficient motor allow for the creation of a very compact fan with optimal weight.
