Highly efficient EC motor
ETALINE saves ENERGY
ETALINE fans feature the highest efficiency and, consequently, the lowest energy consumption of all fans in a similar performance range. Their efficiency is over 50% higher than that of conventional inline fans.
ETALINE saves SPACE
ETALINE's high power density allows for compact unit sizes. The fan housing precisely matches the fan duct size, eliminating the need for additional installation space.
ETALINE saves MONEY
Approximately 70% to 90% of total ventilation costs are energy costs. With ETALINE, these costs are reduced by over 30%! Moreover, thanks to the exceptional characteristics of these products, ETALINE is surprisingly affordable.
Impeller
Diagonal fan with three-dimensional impeller blades, connected to a three-dimensional stator. This ensures excellent aerodynamic efficiency. The impeller is balanced in two planes (G6.3 DIN ISO 1940).
Engine
The permanent magnet motor with electronic commutator provides optimal efficiency. The motor is located in a protected area of the hub and does not adversely affect aerodynamic properties. It is used with an external EC controller.
Casing
Models up to size 200 are made of polyamide, while models of size 400 and above are made of AlMg3.
Assembly
Mounting can be performed in various positions, including horizontal and vertical installation. Direct in-line integration into the ductwork. A built-in mounting bracket provides convenient fan mounting.
Maximum Efficiency:
The advantages of the EC motor become especially apparent in partial load operation. The required EC controller also allows for simple control schemes.
Energy-saving alternative:
The ETALINE fan's high efficiency is due to its aerodynamic properties. The axial flow in this series of fans significantly reduces installation losses compared to radial fans.
Flexibility and compactness:
High aerodynamic efficiency and an efficient motor allow for the creation of a very compact fan with optimal weight.
