FAN:
- The design consists of an EL diagonal fan integrated into a rectangular casing (models have two integrated fans) and a separate, specially designed acoustic silencer made of galvanized steel;
- The specially designed casing (double-layer steel sheet) provides significantly better noise reduction than a standard design;
- The energy-saving ELKI duct fans have significantly more compact casing dimensions. Their use results in lower energy consumption and reduced airflow pressure losses compared to standard fans with radial impellers;
- After removing the cover, the fan section can be completely removed for maintenance;
- The fan impeller blades are curved in three planes, allowing for optimal airflow through the straightener. Pressure is distributed evenly and efficiently across the blade surfaces, reducing aerodynamic drag. This design ensures uniform airflow at all points, preventing turbulence.
ENGINE:
- Single-phase asynchronous electric motor (230 V, 50 Hz);
- The motors have built-in thermal protection with manual reset;
- The motors are adapted for speed control using transformer regulators in the range of 80 to 230 V;
- The device protection rating is IPX4. Insulation class F;
- Maximum operating temperature is 45 ÷ 80 °C, depending on the selected model.
