DESCRIPTION

A stable, controlled indoor climate is essential for many production processes. Fluctuations in air humidity, and especially excessively dry air, have a significant impact on the properties of the raw materials used, their processing capabilities, and ultimately, the quality of the finished product.

The HygroMatik FlexLine Plus and Process steam humidifiers with heating elements are designed specifically for precision and process humidification in sensitive industrial production areas, as well as for stabilizing relative humidity in laboratories and research facilities.

The optimized control and regulation system of the HygroMatik FlexLine Plus and Process devices opens up a wide range of possibilities for simple and convenient operation.

  • The Multi Unit Operation Management system ensures optimal load distribution when operating multiple units and the required air humidity even during maintenance (under development, will be available soon)
  • Numerous control, regulation and information functions can be linked to up to 10 relays, regardless of specific devices
  • One or two digital inputs are available with overload protection and free programming support
  • Integrated support for Modbus RTU or BACnet data exchange protocol

HygroMatik FlexLine Process devices are designed for applications where consistent humidification is crucial, such as in complex manufacturing processes. Other common applications include test benches, where the required results can only be achieved under precise and consistently reproducible environmental conditions.

The HygroMatik FlexLine Process offers all the benefits of the FlexLine Plus model, but also guarantees increased relative humidity control accuracy—up to +/- 0.5%. To achieve this level of accuracy, the FlexLine Process should be operated exclusively with fully softened water—this ensures trouble-free operation and virtually no maintenance.

High control accuracy is ensured by a 4-circuit electromagnetic valve, which continuously, without interruption, supplies water to the cylinder.

Another important feature of this model is an additional analog input for connecting a second humidity sensor, which implements a sliding upper limit function. This means that steam output in sliding mode adapts to the maximum value, preventing interruptions due to steam production shutdowns.
