DESCRIPTION

Characteristics:

  • Load-bearing structure made of anti-corodal aluminum profile;
  • Continuous base under the entire machine made of anti-corodal aluminum;
  • Double-skinned steel sandwich panels with an inner galvanized steel sheet and an outer galvanized steel sheet coated with a scratch- and corrosion-resistant material;
  • 46 mm thick insulated with polyurethane foam or mineral wool with directional cells;
  • Aluminum-finned dampers with an aerodynamic profile with opposite ribs;
  • Class F6 air supply and intake filters with rigid pockets (EN 779:2011);
  • A vertically mounted cross-flow heat recovery unit (HRU) is designed to maximize efficiency in both summer and winter operation while reducing air-side load losses. The HRU includes a bypass damper for automatic free-cooling/free-heating control;
  • The motor driving the heat recovery wheel with belt and pulley drive is equipped with a variable speed controller;
  • Centrifugal fans with direct-connected brushless EC motors. They use ultra-efficient electronically commutated motors with permanent magnets, the speed of which is controlled by a built-in controller.
  • Large inspection doors in the same design as the panel are equipped with safety locks and locking handles.
  • Available for indoor and outdoor installation.
  • Available as a single-piece unit or with individual sections.

  • Variable flow fan operation with:
  • - 0-10 V signal control (CO2 sensor or potentiometer) for single-zone use;
  • - constant pressure control for multi-zone use;
  • Time-based control of heating media using 2-way or 3-way valves, depending on the system;
  • Weekly time interval management;
  • BMS interface with Modbus or LON protocol;
  • Monitoring via Web-Ethernet port using TCP/IP technology;
  • GSM modem kit for remote monitoring via SMS with alarm devices.
