The HygroMatik LPS low-pressure nozzle system for adiabatic humidification and exhaust air cooling in air conditioning systems is extremely easy to install, compact (600 x 700 x 238 mm), quiet, and suitable for even the shortest humidification distances. It provides maintenance-free operation for up to 8,500 hours and is suitable for quick and easy retrofitting of existing air conditioning systems.
The wall-mounted casing is made of durable stainless steel. Combined with the Vortex HygroMatik vortex modules, the system achieves optimal efficiency.
Short humidification range.
High-precision stainless steel nozzles produce a fine mist that quickly enriches the air in the device chamber. Furthermore, the Vortex wall, made of high-tech Vortex modules, mixes the air in the duct with the atomized mist over the shortest humidification range. Thanks to rapid and efficient absorption, there is virtually no water loss, saving demineralized water.
Thanks to its optimal efficiency, the system provides short humidification distances of up to 0.9 m. Furthermore, thanks to its modular design, the LPS system can be integrated into any ventilation duct, saving design and installation costs.
Adiabatic cooling effect.
The evaporation of the fine mist creates an adiabatic cooling effect. This can save up to 1/3 when sizing your cooling register for exhaust air cooling in summer.
Virtually maintenance-free and environmentally friendly.
The highly innovative water-lubricated pump provides maintenance-free operation for up to 8,500 hours or two years, whichever comes first.
The system operates without oil – clean and safe. Humidification with demineralized water effectively prevents limescale deposits. Beyond a simple water filter replacement and a visual inspection of operation, no maintenance is required.
The device's low energy consumption and complete elimination of disinfectants save money, are better for the environment, and make it more hygienic. There's no need for constant, costly checks and refills of bactericidal agents.
Hygienic.
Only fully demineralized, hygienic water without additives enters the breathing air. The system contains no porous components that can accumulate moisture, effectively preventing water stagnation, and automatically empties when not in use. Throughout the LPS system, only inert materials come into contact with the humidification water. This eliminates the need for chemical or biological disinfectants. Costly disposal of contaminated components, which is necessary for toxic waste, is also eliminated. Certification of compliance with hygienic standards was obtained by the Institute for Air Hygiene (ILH).
