HEAT EXCHANGER (RECUPERATOR)

OnyX PASSIV ventilation units are equipped with a heat exchanger with a large surface area. This allows for a heat exchanger efficiency of 93% at nominal flow rate, and due to the lower air flow rate through the heat exchanger, reduces fan energy consumption by 15%.

CONTROL SYSTEM

Frapol SMART is a controller designed for OnyX heat recovery units. This modern control system integrates the heat recovery system, heat and cold exchangers, ventilation equipment, measuring sensors, and other on-site installations, enabling remote control via mobile devices. Frapol SMART allows you to monitor air quality (temperature, humidity, gas concentration) and fully view the heat recovery unit's operating parameters on the operator panel.

ADDITIONAL INSULATION OF THE COLD ZONE

To prevent freezing of the ventilation unit casing in the area of ​​greatest temperature variation, additional insulation was used inside, creating a sealed enclosure.

DOUBLE HEAT EXCHANGER BYPASS

The OnyX Passiv ventilation unit is equipped with a double heat exchanger bypass, eliminating airflow resistance through the heat exchanger on both the supply and exhaust sides. This means each fan consumes 28 watts less energy for every hour of operation with the bypass open.

POCKET FILTER

The OnyX Passiv unit uses a professional air filtration system based on pocket filters with a large surface area. In the air supply area, the filter and its mounting provide an F7 filtration rating. This is especially important in highly polluted areas, as OnyX Passiv filters capture extremely harmful PM10 and PM2.5 dust particles.

EC FAN

The OnyX Passiv ventilation unit is equipped with fans with EC motors and innovative RadiCal rotors. The fans installed in the OnyX heat exchangers provide energy savings and significantly reduced noise levels. They are also characterized by increased durability.
