DESCRIPTION

RHOSS EXP ISO 9001RHOSS EXP EUROVENT

EXPsystems - Multipurpose, environmentally friendly air-cooled system with axial fans. Series with hermetic scroll compressors and R454B refrigerant.

Design features:

  • Compressor: scroll, rotary, hermetically sealed, with thermal protection and casing heater.
  • Up to 6 power stages with high efficiency at partial loads.
  • Main and secondary heat exchangers: stainless steel cross-flow plate heat exchangers equipped with an antifreeze heater, closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation, and a water flow differential pressure switch.
  • Air-side heat exchanger: finned coil with copper tubes and aluminum fins.
  • Fan: Axial fans with external rotors, equipped with internal thermal protection, protective grilles, and a proportional electronic device for smooth fan speed control.
  • Control: Microprocessor-based electronic control with Adaptive Function Plus logic.
  • Construction: Load-bearing structure made of galvanized and painted sheet steel with a polyester powder coating.

The unit also includes:

  • fan and compressor thermal-magnetic switches, heat exchanger antifreeze heater;
  • high and low pressure display in the refrigeration circuit;
  • electronic expansion valve;
  • clock display;
  • master/slave control of up to 4 units in parallel;
  • variable primary flow control (VPF_R).

Available versions:

  • T - High-efficiency version.
  • Q - Super-noise-reduced version, complete with soundproofing for the compressor compartment and low-speed fans.

  • TXAEQU: An EXPsystems ultra-low-sound unit.
