Specifications:
Heat recovery unit::
- The first stage of heat recovery is a static air-to-air cross-flow system with aluminum exchange plates; a lower condensate collection tank is distributed throughout the entire heat treatment area;
- The second stage is active thermodynamic heat recovery with a refrigeration circuit powered by a heat pump (using R410A gas) consisting of a hermetic compressor (rotary or scroll type depending on the unit size), evaporative and condensing coils with copper tubes and continuous aluminum fins, an electronic expansion valve, a drip separator, and a liquid receiver with a 4-way valve for cycle inversion, high and low pressure switches, a freon filter, and a liquid level indicator.
- Fans: centrifugal double-suction air intake and exhaust fans with a directly coupled electric motor. The fan housing is mounted on vibration-damping mounts to prevent vibration transmission.
- Panel structure: frame made of extruded aluminum profile, Anticorodal 63 alloy, with nylon corner joints. Prefabricated sandwich panels: 23 mm thick, made of internally galvanized and externally galvanized and painted (RAL 9002) sheet metal with thermo-acoustic insulation made of injection-molded polyurethane with a density of 45 kg/m³.
- Filter section: consists of two G4 filters (one on the air intake and one on the room return), both of which are exited from the bottom and side;
- Electrical panel: integrated control and power supply; NTC temperature sensors in both supply and return air circuits; electronic microprocessor control for automatic room temperature control, summer/winter mode switching, and defrost cycles; control panel can be moved up to 20 m from the unit.
