The equipment features a robust and compact frame.
Features:
- Made of sandwich panels (40 mm thick), the walls are galvanized steel, coated with powder enamel.
- The heat exchanger includes copper tubes arranged in a staggered pattern through a pack of aluminum plates.
- The pressure vessel is rated for PS = 10 bar and TS = 110°C.
- Testing is performed with dry air.
- Centrifugal fan diameters are 500 mm, 630 mm, 800 mm, 910 mm, 1000 mm, and 1250 mm.
- Power up to 1605 kW.
- Number of fans up to 20.
- The circuits are designed for counter-current flow, and the copper manifolds are equipped with safety valves, drain valves, and loose flanges PN 10 (in accordance with EN 1092) made of aluminum (EN AC-47000 in accordance with EN 1706). Flange PN16 (EN 1092), class 150 (ASME B16.5) or stainless steel (AISI 304, AISI 316) available on request.
