CAS/ATEX: High-pressure centrifugal exhaust fans, single-inlet, ATEX certified.
High-pressure centrifugal exhaust fans, ATEX certified, equipped with an explosion-proof CEE ExII2G Ex e motor or a flameproof CEE ExII2G Ex d, Ex tc, or Ex tb motor for operation in explosive atmospheres.
Fan:
- Sheet steel casing.
- Impeller with backward-curved blades made of galvanized sheet steel. Except for models 242-248-254-260-640-645-650 (aluminum alloy impeller).
- Intake rim: spark-proof. Made of copper or aluminum.
Engine:
- Class F motors with ball bearings, ATEX certified, explosion-proof Ex e, flameproof Ex d, Ex tc, and Ex tb.
- Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V – 50Hz (above 4 kW).
- Maximum air temperature: –20°C to +80°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion, ATEX-certified fire-retardant paint, free of ferrous components, based on polyester resin (polymerized at 190°C), after preliminary degreasing using a phosphate-free nanotechnology treatment.
