EXPLOSION-PROOF FANS

CHT/ATEX: Roof-mounted axial exhaust fans with horizontal or vertical air discharge. ATEX certified, available with Ex e, Ex d, Ex tc, and Ex tb markings.
CHT: Roof-mounted exhaust fans with horizontal air discharge and an aluminum hood, ATEX certified, equipped with an explosion-proof CEE Ex II2G Ex e motor or a flameproof CEE Ex II2G Ex d, Ex tc, or Ex tb motor for operation in explosive atmospheres containing gas or dust.

CVT: Roof-mounted exhaust fans with vertical air discharge and an aluminum hood, ATEX certified, equipped with an explosion-proof CEE Ex II2G Ex e motor, or a flameproof CEE Ex II2G Ex d, Ex tc, or Ex tb motor for operation in explosive atmospheres containing gas or dust.

Fan:

• ATEX support frame, copper suction inlet according to EN-14986:2007.
• Impeller with backward-curved blades.
• Bird protection grille.
• Aluminum deflector hood for protection from precipitation.

Engine:

• Class F motors with ball bearings, ATEX certified, explosion-proof Ex e, flameproof Ex d, Ex tc, or Ex tb.
• Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V – 50Hz (above 4 kW).
• Maximum air temperature: –20°C to +80°C.

Coating:

• Anti-corrosion galvanized sheet steel and aluminum.
