CJSX-SILENT: Exhaust units rated for 400°C/2 hours, with belt drive and single-inlet fan, made of painted sheet steel, double-walled with 40 mm sound insulation.
- Exhaust units 400°C/2h, motor located outside the air flow, for operation outside the fire hazard zone.
Fan:
- Aluminium profile.
- Double-walled with 40 mm sound insulation made of perforated sheet steel.
- Impeller with forward-curved blades made of galvanised sheet steel.
- Complies with standard EN 12101-3:2002/AC:2006, certificate no.: 0370-CPR-0503.
Engine:
- IE2 energy-efficient motors for power ratings of 0.75 kW or above, as well as below 7.5 kW, with the exception of single-phase, 2-speed and 8-pole motors.
- Class F motors with ball bearings, IP55 protection rating.
- Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 5.5 hp) and 400/690V – 50Hz (power above 5.5 hp).
- Maximum air temperature: Duty cycle S1 (–20°C...+120°C), continuous. Duty cycle S2 (200°C/2h, 300°C/2h, 400°C/2h).
Coating:
- Corrosion-resistant, made of painted sheet steel.
