DESCRIPTION

EXPLOSION-PROOF FANS

CMA/ATEX: Medium-pressure centrifugal fans made of aluminum alloy, ATEX certified.
Medium-pressure centrifugal exhaust fans, single-inlet, with aluminum alloy casing and impeller, for operation in explosive atmospheres.

Fan:

  • Aluminum alloy casing.
  • Aluminum alloy impeller.

Engine:

  • Class F motors with ball bearings, IP55 protection rating, ATEX certified, explosion-proof Ex “e” or flameproof Ex “d”.
  • Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V – 50Hz (above 4 kW).
  • Maximum air temperature: –20°C...+80°C.

Coating:

  • Anti-corrosion, fire-retardant ATEX paint, free of iron components, based on polyester resin (polymerized at 190°C), after preliminary degreasing using a phosphate-free nanotechnology treatment.
