CMAT: Medium-pressure, single-inlet centrifugal fans with an aluminium alloy casing and a straight-bladed aluminium alloy impeller, designed for conveying dust and solid particles.
Fan:
- Aluminium alloy casing.
- Impeller with straight aluminium alloy blades in models 324–531, and sheet steel blades in models 540–545.
Engine:
- Motors with IE-2 energy efficiency class, except for power ratings below 0.75 kW for single-phase and 2-speed models.
- Class F motors with ball bearings, IP55 protection rating.
- Three-phase 230/400 V – 50 Hz.
- Maximum air temperature: –20°C to +120°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion coating based on polyester resin (polymerises at 190°C following degreasing with an alkaline solution and pre-treatment with a phosphate-free solution).
