CMP/ATEX: Medium-pressure centrifugal exhaust fans with a multi-blade impeller, ATEX certified.
Medium-pressure centrifugal exhaust fans, single-inlet, with a sheet steel casing and impeller, for use in explosive atmospheres.
Fan:
- Sheet steel casing.
- Impeller with forward-curved blades made of galvanized sheet steel.
- Spark-proof suction rim made of copper or aluminum.
- Maximum air temperature: –20°C to +80°C.
Engine:
- Class F motors with ball bearings, IP55 protection rating, ATEX certified, explosion-proof Ex “e” or flameproof Ex “d”.
- Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V – 50Hz (above 4 kW).
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion, fire-retardant ATEX paint, free of iron components, based on polyester resin (polymerized at 190°C), after preliminary degreasing using a phosphate-free nanotechnology treatment.
