CMRS-X: Belt-driven fans, with electric motor supplied complete with pulleys, belts and fuses, standardised in accordance with ISO 13857:2008.
Fan:
- Sheet steel casing.
- Impeller with backward-curved blades made of high-strength sheet steel: for moving clean air or air with a low dust content.
- Motor mounted on a common frame.
- Belt-driven fan.
Engine:
- Motor with IE3 efficiency.
- Class F motors with ball bearings, IP55 protection rating.
- Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V – 50Hz (over 4 kW).
- Maximum temperature of the air being moved: –20°C...+150°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion coating based on polyester resin (polymerised at 190°C), following preliminary degreasing using a nanotechnology-based phosphate-free treatment.
