CMX: VENT-SET series belt-driven centrifugal exhaust fans with backward-curved impellers.
VENT-SET type centrifugal fans with belt drive, featuring a backward-curved impeller, equipped with an electric motor complete with pulleys, belts and fuses, standardised in accordance with ISO-13857:2008.
Fan:
- Sheet steel casing.
- Sheet steel backward-curved impeller.
- Set of pulleys, belts and fuses, standardised in accordance with EN-294 and ISO-13857:2008.
- Fitted with an inspection hatch.
Engine:
- Motors with IE-2 energy efficiency class, except for power ratings below 0.75 kW for single-phase and two-speed models.
- Class F motors with ball bearings, IP55 protection rating.
- Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 5.5 hp) and 400/690V – 50Hz (over 5.5 hp).
- Maximum air temperature: –20°C to +150°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion coating based on polyester resin (polymerises at 190°C following degreasing with an alkaline solution and pre-treatment with a phosphate-free solution).
