CTMP: Centrifugal exhaust fans with multi-blade impeller, fire resistance rating 400°C/2h and 300°C/2h.
- Medium-pressure, single-inlet centrifugal exhaust fans for use in fire hazard zones rated 400°C/2h, inline-mounted, with sheet steel casing and impeller.
Fan:
- Sheet steel casing.
- Impeller with forward-curved blades made of galvanized sheet steel.
- Conforms to EN-12101-3-2002, certificate no.: 0370-CPD-0397.
Engine:
- Class H motors, continuous (S1) and emergency (S2) operation, with ball bearings, IP55 protection rating.
- Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 hp) and 400/690V – 50Hz (over 4 hp).
- Maximum air temperature: S1 operation (–20°C...+120°C), continuous. S2 operation (200°C/2h, 300°C/2h, 400°C/2h).
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion polyester resin coating (cures at 190°C after degreasing with an alkaline solution and pre-treatment with a phosphate-free solution).
