EXPLOSION-PROOF FANS
HC/ATEX: Wall-mounted axial exhaust fans. ATEX certified and available with Ex e, Ex d, Ex tc, and Ex tb markings.
Wall-mounted axial exhaust fans. ATEX certified. Equipped with an explosion-proof CEE ExII2G Ex e motor and a flameproof CEE ExII2G Ex d, Ex tc, or Ex tb motor for operation in explosive atmospheres containing gas or dust.
Fan:
- Aluminum alloy impeller.
- Airflow direction: motor to impeller.
- Supplied with a spark-proof seal.
- The protective grille against accidental contact complies with UNE-EN ISO 12499:2010. Included with models 25 through 63; for other models, order separately.
- Sheet steel support frame with an aluminum strip in the impeller area, in accordance with EN-14986:2007.
Engine:
- Class F motors with ball bearings. ATEX certified, explosion-proof Ex e, flameproof Ex d, Ex tc, or Ex tb.
- Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V – 50Hz (above 4 kW).
- Operating temperature: –20°C to +40°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion, ATEX-certified fire-retardant paint. Free of ferrous components. Polyester resin-based (polymerized at 190°C). After preliminary degreasing using nanotechnological phosphate-free treatment.
