EXPLOSION-PROOF FANS
HCDF: Axial exhaust fans. Square housing. ATEX Ex d certified. Wall-mounted axial exhaust fans (HCDF) or round (HDF). ATEX certified. Flame-retardant motor CEE Ex II2G Ex d. For use in explosive atmospheres.
Fan:
- Aluminum alloy impeller.
- Airflow direction: motor to impeller.
- Supplied with a flame-retardant seal.
- Sheet steel support frame with an aluminum strip in the impeller area, in accordance with EN-14986:2007.
- Protective guard against accidental contact complies with UNE-EN ISO 12499:2010.
Engine:
- Class F motors with ball bearings. IP55 protection rating. ATEX certified. Fireproof Ex”d” IIBT4.
- Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V – 50Hz (above 4 kW).
- Operating temperature: –20°C...+50°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion ATEX fire-retardant paint. Free of ferrous components. Polyester resin-based (polymerized at 190°C). Pre-degreased using a phosphate-free nanotechnology treatment.
