HCH: High-performance wall-mounted and duct-mounted axial fans
Axial fans, whether wall-mounted or round, feature a plastic impeller in the PL version and an aluminium impeller in the AL version.
Fan:
- Airflow direction: motor to impeller.
- The impeller in the PL version is made of glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide 6, whilst in the AL version it is made of aluminium alloy. The HCT-40-2T and HCT-45-2T models are available only in the AL version.
- HCH: Round support frame made of sheet steel.
Engine:
- Motors with IE-2 energy efficiency class, except for power ratings below 0.75 kW for single-phase and 2-speed models.
- Class F motors with ball bearings, IP55 protection, except for single-phase models of sizes 45–56 with IP54 protection. 1- or 2-speed motors depending on the model.
- Single-phase 230V – 50Hz, three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 5.5 hp) and 400/690V – 50Hz (over 5.5 hp).
- Operating temperature: –25°C to +50°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion coating based on polyester resin (polymerises at 190°C following degreasing with an alkaline solution and pre-treatment with a phosphate-free solution).
