HCH/SEC: These fans have been designed using the latest technology and drawing on best practice, specifically for the demanding operating conditions found in drying chambers for wood and ceramics.
Axial fans.
Fan:
- Round support frame made of sheet steel or AISI-304 stainless steel, depending on the model.
- Aluminium alloy impeller.
- Airflow direction: motor – impeller.
65°C version motor – 100% relative humidity:
- Class F motors with ball bearings, specially designed for operation in high-temperature conditions. IP55 protection.
- Forced-cooled motors.
- Three-phase 230/400 V – 50 Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690 V – 50 Hz (over 4 kW).
- Operating temperature: –10°C to +65°C and 100% relative humidity.
90°C version motor – 100% RH:
- Class F motors with ball bearings, specially designed for operation in high-temperature conditions. IP55 protection.
- Enclosed motors without ventilation.
- Three-phase 230/400 V – 50 Hz (up to 3 kW) and 400/690 V – 50 Hz (over 3 kW).
- Operating temperature: –10°C to +90°C and 100% relative humidity.
135°C version motor – 100% RH:
- Class F motors with ball bearings, specially designed for operation in very high-temperature conditions. IP55 protection rating.
- Cast iron motor end shields.
- Stainless steel shaft and screws.
- Enclosed, non-ventilated motors.
- Three-phase 230/400 V – 50 Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690 V – 50 Hz (over 4 kW).
- Operating temperature: –10°C to +135°C and 100% relative humidity.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion coating based on polyester resin (cures at 190°C following degreasing by nano-treatment with a phosphate-free solution).
- Stainless steel with shot-blasted finish.
