Fan:
- Exceptionally robust construction that can withstand extreme weather conditions.
- The structure is made of corrosion-resistant galvanized sheet steel.
- Waterproof design prevents water from entering the system.
- 60mm thick thermal insulation prevents warm air loss in winter.
- Adjustable edges allow for quick and accurate installation on the roof.

Hatch opening system:
- The levers are electrically driven and the mechanism is housed in a sealed casing with an IP-65 protection rating;
- Power voltage: 230 V AC, 50 Hz
- A reliable and robust system capable of performing over 10,000 operations under maximum load conditions;
- Maximum load 1000 N;
- Automatic hatch opening function upon receiving a signal from an external control system (fire alarm system, smoke alarm, etc.); control systems are not included in the delivery package;
- The limit switch determines the position of the hatch.
Engine:
- Motors with energy efficiency class IE3 for a power of at least 0.75 kW, with the exception of single-phase, 2-speed and 8-pole motors.
- Class F motors with ball bearings and IP55 enclosure protection.
- Three-phase electric motors 230/400 V, 50 Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690 V, 50 Hz (power over 4 kW).
- Operating temperature: from –25 to +50°C
Coating:
- Galvanized sheet steel with anti-corrosion properties.
