HGTX: High-performance tubular axial fans with an external rotor motor.
The tubular axial fans are fitted with an aluminium impeller featuring 3, 6 or 9 blades with varying pitch angles.
Fan:
- Airflow direction: motor – impeller.
- Aluminium alloy impeller with 3, 6 or 9 blades with adjustable pitch.
- Sheet steel duct casing.
- Standard configuration with extended casing and access hatch.
Engine:
- Motors with IE3 energy efficiency class for power ratings of 7.5 kW or higher, except for single-phase, 2-speed and 8-pole motors.
- Motors with IE2 energy efficiency class for power ratings of 0.75–7.5 kW, except for single-phase, 2-speed and 8-pole motors.
- Class F motors with ball bearings, IP55 protection rating.
- Three-phase 230/400 V – 50 Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690 V – 50 Hz (over 4 kW).
- Operating temperature: –25°C to +120°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion coating based on polyester resin (polymerised at 190°C) following pre-degreasing using a nanotechnology-based phosphate-free treatment.
