HPS. Highest performance under high pressure.

The HPS adiabatic high-pressure nozzle system humidifies air in air conditioning and ventilation systems. It impresses with its high humidification performance, very low energy consumption, efficiency of up to 98%, and maximum control precision.

To ensure maximum operational security, the enclosure can be locked to prevent unauthorized access.

Precise control.
The controller provides the most precise proportional humidification control with an accuracy of +/- 1%. The graphic display shows all messages and operating parameters and features user-friendly menu navigation. Continuous monitoring of sensors on all system components and functions ensures the highest operational reliability.

Short humidification distance.
High-precision, high-pressure stainless steel nozzles produce a fine mist that quickly enriches the air in the device chamber. Furthermore, the Vortex wall, made of high-tech Vortex modules, mixes the air in the duct with the atomized mist over the shortest possible humidification distance. Thanks to rapid and efficient absorption, there is virtually no water loss, saving demineralized water.

Thanks to its optimal efficiency, the system provides short humidification distances of up to 0.9 m. Furthermore, thanks to its modular design, the HPS system can be integrated into any ventilation duct, saving design and installation costs.

Adiabatic cooling effect.
The evaporation of fine mist creates an adiabatic cooling effect. When cooling exhaust air in summer, the design capacity of your cooling register can be reduced by a third. This reduces investment and operating costs.

Saving energy and ecology.
High-pressure atomization of approximately 75 bar ensures high humidification results with low energy consumption. Due to its high efficiency and precise control, the well-designed system is designed to ensure particularly efficient use of demineralized water and, thanks to minimal losses, significantly saves water.

Humidification with demineralized water effectively prevents limescale formation and minimizes the need for maintenance.

Completely eliminating chemical or biological disinfectants eliminates the need for constant, costly testing and refilling of bactericidal agents. This saves money and is good for the environment.

While other systems use only one droplet separator, the HPS is equipped with two easily removable and washable droplet separators made of high-quality, inert metal mesh. They ensure particularly reliable aerosol separation and maximum hygiene.

Only fully demineralized water, free of additives, enters the breathing air. The system contains no porous components that can accumulate moisture. Stagnant water is effectively prevented, and the system automatically empties when not in use. Throughout the HPS system, only inert (i.e., chemically neutral) materials come into contact with the humidification water. This eliminates the need for chemical or biological disinfectants. Costly disposal of contaminated components, as is required for toxic waste, is also eliminated. Certification of compliance with hygiene standards was obtained by the Institute for Air Hygiene (ILH).
