HPX: Duct-mounted axial fans, with external motor
Duct-mounted axial fans, belt-driven, with a 180° opening casing.
Fan:
- Duct casing with hinged top, made of sheet steel.
- Impeller made of aluminium alloys.
- Sealed gearbox (IP66) with double lock.
- Airflow direction: motor – impeller.
Engine:
- Motors with IE-2 energy efficiency class, except for power ratings below 0.75 kW for single-phase and 2-speed models.
- Class F motors with ball bearings, IP55 protection rating.
- Single-phase 230V – 50Hz, three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 5.5 hp) and 400/690V – 50Hz (over 5.5 hp).
- Operating temperature: –25°C to +150°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion coating based on polyester resin (polymerises at 190°C following degreasing with an alkaline solution and pre-treatment with a phosphate-free solution).
