HPX/SEC: These fans have been designed using the latest technology and drawing on best practice, specifically for use in furnaces, drying chambers and other installations characterised by high temperatures and humidity.
Tubular axial fans, belt-driven, with a 180° opening casing.
Fan:
- Duct casing made of thickened sheet steel, with a rotary damper.
- Aluminium alloy impeller.
- High-quality bearings with high-temperature lubrication.
- Bearing casing with lubrication holes.
- External lubrication ports on the fan casing.
- Airflow direction: motor to impeller.
Engine:
- Motors with energy efficiency class IE2 for power ratings of 0.75–7.5 kW, excluding single-phase motors. 2-speed and 8-pole.
- Motors with energy efficiency class IE3 for power ratings of 7.5 kW or higher, excluding single-phase motors. 2 speeds and 8 poles.
- Class F motors with ball bearings. IP55 protection rating.
- Single-phase 230V – 50Hz. Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V – 50Hz (over 4 kW).
- Operating temperature: –25°C to +150°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosive heat-resistant paint.
