EXPLOSION-PROOF FANS
HT/ATEX: Roof-mounted axial fans, ATEX certified, available with Ex e, Ex d, Ex tc, and Ex tb ratings.
Roof-mounted, flat-base exhaust fans, ATEX certified, equipped with an explosion-proof CEE ExII2G Ex e motor or a flameproof CEE ExII2G Ex d, Ex tc, or Ex tb motor for operation in explosive atmospheres containing gas or dust.
Fan:
- Sheet steel support frame with an aluminum strip in the impeller area, in accordance with EN-14986:2006.
- Aluminum alloy impeller.
- Supplied with a spark-proof seal.
- The protective grille against accidental contact complies with UNE-EN ISO 12499:2010.
- The deflector cap for protection against precipitation is made of sheet aluminum with an anti-corrosion coating, except for models 80, 90, and 100 (polyester).
- Airflow direction: motor to impeller.
Engine:
- Class F motors with ball bearings, ATEX certified, explosion-proof Ex e, flameproof Ex d, Ex tc, and Ex tb.
- Three-phase 230/400V – 50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V – 50Hz (above 4 kW).
- Operating temperature: –20°C...+40°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion, fire-retardant ATEX paint, free of iron components, based on polyester resin (polymerized at 190°C), after preliminary degreasing using a phosphate-free nanotechnology treatment.
