Roof-mounted axial exhaust fans with vertical air discharge, designed to remove large volumes of air from industrial buildings and similar structures.
Fan:
- Support base made of galvanized sheet steel with corrosion protection.
- Adjustable cast aluminum impellers.
- Protective ventilation grille. Complies with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 12499 standard.
- Non-return cover made of sheet aluminum to prevent water from entering the fan when it is not in operation.
- Air flow direction from the motor to the impeller.
Engine:
- Class F motors with ball bearings and IP55 protection.
- Motors with IE3 energy efficiency class for power ratings of 0.75 kW and above, except for single-phase motors. 2-speed and 8-pole.
- Three-phase electric motors at 230/400 V, 50 Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690 V, 50 Hz (over 4 kW).
- Maximum temperature of exhaust air: from −20 to +40°C.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion coating made of polyester resin, polymerizing at 190°C. Pre-degreased with phosphate-free nanotechnology treatment.
