High-pressure tubular axial centrifugal fans. Heavy-duty. Specially designed for mining applications or those with high throughput losses.
Fan:
- Duct casing made of thickened sheet steel.
- Engine mounting bracket welded to the casing.
- Blades with high aerodynamic characteristics for increased pressure.
- Robust external components made of high-quality steel.
- High-efficiency impeller made of aluminium alloy.
- Airflow direction: impeller to engine.
- Connection to power supply via external terminal box.
Engine:
- Motors with IE2 energy efficiency class for power ratings of 0.75–7.5 kW, excluding single-phase engines. 2 speeds and 8 poles.
- Motors with energy efficiency class IE3 for power ratings of 7.5 kW or higher, excluding single-phase motors. 2 speeds and 8 poles.
- Class F motors with ball bearings. IP55 protection rating.
- Three-phase 230/400 V – 50 Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690 V – 50 Hz (over 4 kW).
- Operating temperature: –20°C to +70°C.
Coating:
- Highly corrosion-resistant steel. Special primer and high-quality paint coating for aggressive environments.
