DESCRIPTION
- Linear airflow
- The motor is located outside the airflow
- Casing with a double-walled casing made of galvanised sheet steel
- Speed control
- Grease collection tray with a drain hole
- Insulation thickness: 30 mm
- Option to switch from star to delta
- Star: direct connection to a 400 V 3-phase mains supply or via a frequency converter with a 400 V output
- Delta: direct connection to a 230 V 3-phase mains supply or via a frequency converter with a 230 V input (1 phase) and a 230 V output (3 phases)
FAN:
- Radial exhaust fan;
- Highest degree of airtightness housing (in accordance with EN 1886), made of galvanised sheet steel, cube-shaped, consisting of a frame and side panels, insulated (excluding the panel inlet) with 30 mm thick mineral wool;
- On the outlet side, you can use panels fitted with round nozzles;
- On the inlet side, round ASB inlet nozzles can be installed. To minimise the additional resistance caused by the use of the above panels and end caps, particular attention should be paid to maintaining straight sections of ductwork and end caps with the largest possible connection diameter;
- The next-generation impeller is dynamically balanced to G2.5 class with backward-curved blades made from powder-coated sheet steel.
ENGINE:
- Three-phase (400 V, 50 Hz, IP55, insulation class F) induction motor, located outside the airflow;
- These motors are fitted with winding temperature sensors, the terminals of which must be connected to and monitored by an external thermal protection device (SET10 or relays integrated into the controller);
- The speed of models with three-phase motors (3x230Δ / 3x400Y) can be controlled using frequency converters only within the frequency range specified in the selection chart/graph;
- Recommended acceleration and deceleration time for the converter: 20–30 seconds;
- If three-phase motors are connected directly to the mains, they must be protected by circuit breakers with built-in short-circuit protection and overload cut-out;
- Maximum operating temperature 120 °C – for models with three-phase motors.
