Roof-mounted axial exhaust fans with vertical air discharge, designed to remove smoke from industrial buildings and similar structures in conditions of increased fire risk with immersion.
Fan:
- Support base made of galvanized sheet steel with corrosion protection.
- Adjustable cast aluminum impellers.
- Protective ventilation grille compliant with UNE-EN ISO 12499.
- Non-returnable sheet aluminum cover to prevent water from entering the fan when not in operation.
- Complies with standard EN 12101-3. Certificates of conformity 0370-CPR-3080 (F400) and 0370-CPR-3056 (F300).
- Air flow direction from the motor to the impeller.
Engine:
- Motors with IE3 energy efficiency class for power ratings of at least 0.75 kW, except for single-phase, 2-speed, and 8-pole motors.
- Class H motors for continuous operation S1 and emergency use S2. With ball bearings and IP55 protection.
- Three-phase electric motors at 230/400 V, 50 Hz (up to 3 kW) and 400/690 V, 50 Hz (over 3 kW).
- Maximum exhaust air temperature: S1 for continuous operation at temperatures from −20 to +40°C, also suitable for warm climates with temperatures up to 50°C. S2 operation at 300°C / 2 h, 400°C / 2 h.
Coating:
- Anti-corrosion coating made of polyester resin, polymerizing at 190°C, pre-degreased with phosphate-free nanotechnology treatment.
